Every Sitestar officer completes a rigorous six-week specialized training programme before deployment - building the professional skills our clients depend on.
What It Takes To Join Sitestar
Our guards must meet the following requirements before being considered for training and deployment.
- Must be a Kenyan citizen
- Must be in possession of a National Identity Card
- Over 23 years of age
- Over 5ft 3 inches tall
- Holder of a KCSE certificate or equivalent
- Holder of a Certificate of Good Conduct
- Letter of introduction from referees, with their contacts and copies of their ID cards
- If previously employed, must produce a recommendation letter

Deployment
Certified officers are deployed to client sites, well remunerated and supported.
